Cleaning

We offer a professional and reliable holiday home cleaning service which can include the laundering of linen and towels. Please contact us to get a quote. In addition to this we can also offer a Spring Cleaning service. This service is advised for times when your property may need a more intensive clean, for example, if your property has undergone maintainence work, after long periods of unoccupancy or at the start and/or end of the season.

Meet and Greet

We are based in Saundersfoot and can offer a Keyholding/Meet and Greet service. The Meet and Greet service provides guests with a friendly welcome on the first day of their holiday which can also ensure that any problems, however big or small, are ironed out right at the start without affecting the rest of their holiday. Welcome Packs

A Welcome Pack ensures your guests receive a warm welcome and are an added touch of quality to your holiday home. Please contact us to get a quote on adding a Welcome Pack to your holiday home after every clean. If you would like to create your own Welcome Pack, please contact us.

Property Management

We can provide a free property management service to customers who take advantage of our cleaning services. We can take calls from your guests free of charge and we will endeavour to sort out any problems. If any tradesmen are required we will first contact you to let you know and then arrange for one of our approved tradesmen to visit your property. This is all done free of charge, there is just a £10 call-out charge if we are required to visit your property for any reason (meeting tradesmen etc).

Gardening

If your property has a garden it is important for it to be well-kept. We can arrange for a professional gardener to visit your property on the time-scale you choose (once a week/fornight/monthly etc). Prices start from £15, please contact us for more information.
